Hotel is ok, but is lacking some repairs, but not really a problem (common in indonesia). Had a room with balcony, but the balcony was a walled area with no lights (the unprotected 230V wires were there...). Rooms are not soundproof for surrounding area.

Love the hospitality of their staff, the room is perfect . The location just less than 100 MTS form thamrin city, they even provide weight scale for us shopaholic..hahah.we walk to grand and plaza indonesia..just a walking distance...safe too.. insyaallah.

Everything is good. Location is convenient to do shopping as very near to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia, Plaza, and others. Staff are responsive. Room is good and clean.

Strategic location nearby malls. Staff very polite & helpful. Food is delicious. Breakfast menu change every day. Dinner in the restaurant with free bites but take so long to prepare the dishes. Mayb less staff in the night.

The location is just opposite of thamrin city and the rooms is clean even though small Customer service is excellent Breakfast spread is normal

Hospitality & service from the staffs was great, its near to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia & Thamrin City. Easy to commute by walking. The hotel always smells nice.
