The fine print
In applying the government's rules about practicing health protocol to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We are now closing the following facilities swimming pool, gym, and spa until further notice.Swimming pool (in front of HARRIS Cafe - Tower C&D) is temporary closing for renovation until further notice. The guests still could use another swimming pool (in front of our Ballroom - Tower A&B) but with several Terms & Conditions applied and reserved first directly to hotel before arrival time.Breakfast is free of charge for children aged 0–6 years. A breakfast surcharge of 50% of the breakfast price per child applies for children aged 7–11 years. Children aged 12 years and above will be charged for breakfast as adults.

Overall, I had a great visit. The entire crew, in particular, is really kind and supportive. will return to this location in the future. Strongly advised to relieve stress from day-to-day professional life. The best cure.

Strategic location, just 15 minutes from the airport if there's no traffic. However, be aware that the journey can take up to 2 hours on a weekday. The apartment comes with a small fridge, microwave, and TV, as well as an open shelf cabinet for storing luggage and hanging clothes. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush kits are provided. However, there is no iron or ironing board in the room, so you’ll need to request one from the front desk. The breakfast spread offers a wide range of delicious options, from Indonesian to Western cuisines. Since I had to check out before breakfast hours, the kitchen team kindly prepared bentos for me and my family in place of the buffet. All the staff were incredibly helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Lush rooms. Comfy beds and pillows to die for! Fun high floors - with good views over the city lights. Only stayed as transfer so didn’t get to fully experience the hotel facilities which is a shame as it looked lovely.
