Anyman “OK, not great value, not for business”

I have mixed feelings. It's not a real 5 star hotel by international standards although it has the tick boxes of a gym and resort style pool etc. On the positive side it's generally a nice ambience if a little dated. The staff are friendly and helpful. But there are also negatives: sound insulation is one of the worst I've experienced- literally can hear people coughing 2 rooms away or plugging in phones on the shared walls. 2 elevators for 15+ floors. A good breakfast in terms of range and quality marred by the unrelenting atmosphere with swarms of kids... yeah I know eid makes it worse but still five stars are for relaxing. Also the services are relatively expensive and their pool bar prices equal European prices when they add vat and compulsory service charges.

Best hotel we have stayed at in Jakarta, friendly staffs and the restaurant has 5 different areas all with their own chefs + another 5 stars restaurant. Pool was absolutely amazing. We were even invited to the VIP lounge on the 17th floor , where all drinks and foods are free. The security is 5 stars.

Nice safe, cosy & clean. Staff were kind, considerate, helpful. Location was perfect for my needs. I had chosen the Double Tree for its location. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and shops nearby. The inhouse cafe is nice as well.

Everything was great. I spent most of my time at the Pool. The service from the Indigo team was exceptional, especially from Kaulifla (excuse my spelling) - she was very helpful, kind and exceptionally pleasant. All of the Indigo staff were brilliant. Thank you.

I love everything about the hotel. The Hotel room is sooo spacious, the toliet is soo modern. The Pool is big and marvellous. You could literally spend the whole day by the pool. Brekafast spread was amazing. The staff is soo courteous and respectful, they followed every single request and they follow up with my expectations through whatsapp chat. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Even though the price is alittle high but its worth the experience and comfort.

We were upgraded to Executive room. Pleasent and soothing ambience. My kids expressing thier enthusiasm on thier big swimming pools and indoor playground. Comfy bed and pillows. Clean toilet.
