Super friendly staff welcome me and my children to our first time in Jakarta and gave us advice on absolutely everything and even made us food int eh middle of the night. Great central location, rooms were fine .

Friendly and polite staff, good location, free transport to Gambir train station, affordable cafe, good slippers for within hotel (not only in room), mineral water replenishment every day, no audible sound from morning prayer, breakfast fruit and dessert

The staff is super friendly, especially receptionist Ms. Rindi helps us extra miles to search where we can buy Indonesian snacks and chips. The FNB staffs are also very helpful and polite. Keep up the good work.
