location is the best and the staff is helpful in providing information and always smile and greets everytime at the lobby and makes the stay very much memorable. Very likely to come back again and stay at the same hotel. It is also well known everytime taking the taxi to go back. Just mention Artotel Thamrin and they quickly know where it is!!

Location is very very central to all the places we wanted to go, easy public transport access, easy to find where to eat, next to Sarinah and a block away to tons of street food. Breakfast also yummy with good options, the staff are very attentive and friendly.

the location of the hotel is next to where my meetings are all located. so this is what i like best. also on the first day of arrival, it was raining heavily, there was a staff that was willing to lent me umbrella to walk around

It is located in the good area, very central downtown. There is a big shopping mall with walking distance from the hotel and so many street foods and restaurants nearby. The bed is wide, soft, and comfortable.
