Shanti Home has a very nice roof top to sit and eat, play and enjoy sunsets. You can enjoy a nice view of the fort and stay in the middle of town. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Lala was very friendly and cooked fresh meals for us. He also gave us a very nice tour at the fort and in town and introduced us to trustable street food in Jaisalmer. We also booked a nice trip to the desert with his travel company Amrit Tours.

Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed and not noisy at all.The terrace with fort view was also amazing. We had great hot shower during our stay which is not normally everywhere.

Exceptionally friendly staff and very hygienic and tasty food especially the breakfast. The location is just next to the fort and main market and the view from roof top of Jaisalmer Fort is mesmerizing. Bed was really clean and comfortable and the bathroom has good hot shower. Would definitely recommend this little hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Shanti Home Hotel in Jaisalmer! Our host, Lalit, was incredibly kind and made sure we experienced the best of Jaisalmer. We booked two tours through the hotel, and both were exceptional. The first was the Camel Tour and Temples, where we visited some beautiful and historic sites, including Bada Bagh, Amar Sagar Jain Temple, the Jaseri Lake, and the Khaba Fort. The tour culminated in a camel ride in the Thar Desert. There were no other tourists, and we got to enjoy the peaceful dunes during the sunset. The day ended perfectly with a delicious meal cooked over a campfire under the stars. A big thank you to Lalit for his warm hospitality and for making our time in Jaisalmer truly special. Highly recommended!

Me and my family had an amazing staying experience at Shanti Home, cozy place, beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. The roof terrace was amazing spot to hangout each evening. We have meals and drinks which were best so far and same is the view of Fort. Fantastic!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Hotel Shanti Home. Our room was huge with lovely interiors and furniture especially the bed was well decorated and super comfortable. The views from roof top where we had our breakfast has spectacular view of Jaisalmer Fort. And the host Chimmy was exceptionally hospitable. The location was right in the center with atmospheric neighborhood and walking distance from main monuments of town. They also send us a rickshaw to pick us up from train station upon our arrival which was very helpful as our train was almost at midnight. A highly recommended place and we received best hospitality in India. Bravo!!

The rooms are comfortable with very soft beds and the terrace with lovely furniture and best view of Jaisalmer Fort. The establishment is beautiful and very well kept. Location of the hotel is on top with everything very close by.
