Customer Service was excellent from the point of booking. The manager made contact and made us aware of services the hotel offers. He even met us at the station at 3am when our train was delayed! The hotel is modern, new and very clean. Room was large and well decorated with a large bathroom and good hot water shower. Bed was comfy. Location is great, less than 5 minutes walk to the main gate of the old city. Also has a nice rooftop restaurant. The hotel arranged our camel safari which was excellent. From start to finish we couldn’t fault anything and stayed here twice during our trip. The staff take a pride in the hotel and delivering superb service to guests. As far as I could see, Hotel Shahiraj Jaisalmer is the best choice for a hotel in Jaisalmer.

All facilities is very good and sumer bhai and staff is very excellent . And room is very neat and clean . And hotel provide all facilities like desert camp car etc. And location is very good nearby Fort .

Ambience & People handling the hotel are awesome, especially Vasir bhai...They also provided desert safari which was very affordable and Pleasant..I am a solo traveller and will definitely going to recommend the hotel

I don't even know how long I stayed here. The location and the staff were absolutely great. Thanks to Sumar for allowing me to paint murals on the hotel wall and also taking me on an adventurous Desert Safari.

The location of the hotel is perfect to go to nearby places and you can have the best view of from the restaurant.

It was an amazing experience in jaisalmer and in desert safari people of this property were very helpful and cooperative. We came with our friends group and we enjoyed a lot, we took a complete package from here only and we had a great time. The behavior of the staff was good and the desert camping package was very affordable.

The location is very nice. Located nearby to all the forts. If you tell the hotel people about any thing they will get it done. People are very trustworthy I travelled solo as a female and it’s safe place to stay
