My daughter and I stayed at 1st Gate and had the most amazing experience. We stayed in room# 102, which was not only spacious, but had additional sit out and a private terrace from the room which had a view of the fort. Had all the comforts of a 5 star hotel with well thought out nooks and corner to relax. Staff and the owner's hospitality was something else to look forward to. Highly courteous and hospitable. One of the Best places we've stayed in a long time. The restaurant is also awesome both ambience and taste wise.

We received the best hospitality in India here! They did the extra mile. When we arrived they offered us breakfast while they took care of the procedure of the check-in. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. During the day they have snacks and water included. Peter made our stay really memorable! He was also our guide to the fort and we highly recommend it. We had a massage and was good. The area outside is great to relax. The dinner was delicious and the view to the fort was really nice. They arranged our transportation to the airport and prepared a bag with food for the journey. Thank you so much!!! You guys are amazing!

I have stayed in several hotels across the world but this one here has been the best of it all considering the price point. The location is perfect to explore Jaisalmer. Walking distance to major attractions. The rooms were spacious, super-clean and simply beautiful. The rooftop restaurant is lovely with delicious Indian and Italian cuisine and not to forget with a nice fort view. Last but not the least, the staff! They were out-of-the-world! Very caring, polite and helpful. We were travelling with 2 small kids and they were always caring about their food, even packing some cakes/fruits when we were stepping out for a city tour and on the day of check-out. Impeccable service! They have just 11 rooms in the property so if you find one go ahead and book it without any hesitation.

Everything was great! We felt so welcomed! Very nice and polite staff, always smiling. They took care about us in everything. They spoiled us! The rooms are big and very clean. The restaurant on the rooftop is amazing with fabulous views and delicious food. Do not hesitate, just book here!

From our arrival the staff at 1st Gate Home-Fusion made us welcome, the staff were excellent, the restaurant was excellent, each time we returned to the hotel after being out we were offered tea and cake. The included breakfast was fantastic. We were even provided with a bag lunch for our trip to the next destination. We think you have made an excellent choice in staying at this property. Enjoy.

From the minute we arrived to the moment we left, Chandan, Pankaj and the rest of the staff were absolutely excellent. We were made to feel it home, the staff were always on hand to help out with any requests you made. The property itself has the Rajasthani rustic charm. It’s built I guess from the local sandstone and has that lovely calming effect. The hotel knew we were in India to celebrate my wife’s 60th, and they pleasantly surprised us with a beautifully laid cake ok our return in the evening. Small touches went a long way. Oh and you have to eat at the roof top restaurant of the hotel. The best pizzas and local Rajasthani food

Absolutely loved the customer service of this hotel. It was better than 5star hotels like Taj. Rooms were spacious and food was delicious. Simba and KK (the hotel pet dogs) added more cheer to the place. They are friendly and me and my husband loved them. Ambiance of the hotel is very quiet and mellow. Exactly what you need away from the buzzing streets of Jaisalmer. The fort is minutes walk away from the hotel. The hospitality and beauty of this hotel is unlike I have ever experienced. Hope to visit the hotel soon again.

My stay at 1st Gate Home in Jaisalmer was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They pampered us with complimentary desserts and were attentive to our every need throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed with a touch of local aesthetics, and provided the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The hotel’s service was impeccable, and every interaction with the staff was warm and genuine. A special highlight of our stay was the restaurant. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff also catered to our custom requests and dietary preferences without hesitation. Adding to the charm of the hotel were their two adorable dogs, KK and Simba, who brought a delightful and homely vibe to the place. Overall, 1st Gate Home exceeded all expectations with its outstanding hospitality, delicious food, and serene ambiance. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jaisalmer!

The breakfast was so good! The hotel is right next to the fort, and very easy to get to other touristic things. The staff are so friendly. The two managers are really nice. I would recommend this amazing hotel. Looking forward to Staying again when i come back to Jaisalmer.
