Hostel Policy
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Please note that the property strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 8 people. In case of a group of 4 or more, you might be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms. Further, if the group behaviour is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the property premises.
Covid Policy
- At the time of check-in, all guests are required to present a negative RT-PCR report not older than 72 hours, or a vaccination certificate (either single or double dose).Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hostel is well located in the centre of Jaipur. The dorms are basic and relatively clean. Most staff members were pretty nice, helpful and professional. The bathroom and toilets could have been cleaner (don’t forget your plastic flip flops coz you don’t want to be barefoot there!), but you also get what you pay for. There was only 2 showers for the whole floor.

It was my first time living in a dorm, I was quite unsure initially, but the staff was really helpful and accommodating, the hostel was clean and welcoming. The posters all across the hostel were witty and smart, made me chuckle so often! :D

We stayed in a 4-bed dorm at Zostel Jaipur with another British couple, and it was a fantastic experience. The hostel is perfectly located in the heart of the Pink City (Old Town), making it incredibly convenient to explore Jaipur. Most major attractions are within walking distance, and for anything further, taxis and guided tours are easily accessible. The area felt safe during the day, and we enjoyed sampling the vibrant street food around the city. However, Jaipur isn’t really a safe late-night city—most places close by 10:30 PM. The hostel itself was clean, welcoming, and offered a great social vibe. The hostel offers good priced breakfast and tours but we didn’t have chance to try them. All in all, Zostel Jaipur is an excellent choice for travelers looking to experience the charm of the Pink City.

Great stay. Great location. The room was clean, the staff were nice and easy to check in. The fan and air conditioning worked great to beat the heat. It was also in a perfect location for walking around and exploring Jaipur. There is also multiple communal areas which would be of interest to many people :) Would recommend.

As the first Zostel, it stands true to its title. Located at walkable distance to the best tourist spots in Jaipur. They have an in house cafe selling good food and also has many eateries located close by. The place is well maintained and has helpful staff too. I enjoyed my stay here.

Additionally, the location is fantastic—centrally located and convenient for exploring Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, Zostel Jaipur is a top-notch choice for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the city’s culture while enjoying a friendly and laid-back environment and I specially thanks to Mr. Rishabh for help me a lot, I will recommend to my closs friends and family if you are coming to jaipur must stay in this property.
