The hotel is the most beautiful architecture I've ever been before. The service was very impressive beginning with reception, restaurant, and hotel staff. The indoor and outdoor were stunning with good service.

We have stayed at the Rambagh Palace twice before (although you would know so in terms of any guest recognition). Fabulous suite last time… this time simply ‘ok’. it felt like the unloved ‘suite’. Tye bookshop is great, and one particular manager in the breakfast restaurant was very guest focused as was one receptionist. Others seemed untrained and disinterested. so many small mistakes take fed what should have been a fabulous visit.

The setting are truly magical, our suite was immaculate, the different restaurants were fantastic, the service was really excellent. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and looked after.

Rambagh Palace was one of the most luxurious and comfortable experiences we had in our lives. You basically live in a maharajas palace. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional and has exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant is legendary and we loved the Polo Bar. We are looking forward for our next visit at this unique place!

Amazing experience on Amazing palace the staff there give you the chance to feel your self as one of the royal family really it was the perfect stay on my life I went there to celebrate my 7th wedding anniversary they take care about us perfectly special thanks to khateeb, Vijander, karan , komal , Mohini , Danish , shambshu, Riddhi, soddhi, sowati and vikas I hope I didn’t forget any name because they are deserve more as agreat welcoming team . Absolutely everything! Treated like royalty at all times and the staff here provide exemplary service. I don’t know how they do such a fab job! A big shout out to Plabita, Sohini, Shambhu, Raman, Gaurav Singh for being extraordinary. You guys are an asset to the palace! And so are the others. Thank you for making our stay SO memorable. We can’t wait to come back again soon.
