The decoration inside: the bedroom and lobby are beautiful yet it lacks natural light, especially in the atrium. The rooftop bar & restaurants are nice but was too cold to enjoy unfortunately.

I love the brand first of all.the staff is amazing . Right from the airport to everything was excellent. Butler Ms Geeta was excellent. Mr Sagar who does excellent service and makes sure guests enjoy breakfast and he ensures that you try all dishes which are there on the menu. Ms Sushma who is always on its toes to ensure guests are not going through any difficulty and also any problem in service. And even GM Mr Binny is round the clock and makes sure the guest stay is smooth and great. It's simply a wow feeling.
