From the moment we arrived until the minute we left the service was impeccable. Always polite and helpful, the manager and his staff were quick to help with anything we needed, be it additional towels for swimming through to booking train seats for us. The room was very large, beautifully decorated with a large bathroom and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast and dinner were well catered with an excellent choice of dishes.

The hotel is tastefully decorated and is very clean and tidy It was convenient to have the restaurant on site which served a good breakfast, snacks and lovely evening meals and the staff were very helpful and polite. There was a swimming pool and a beautiful garden with lots of tree's and flowers ,a real oasis to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city

The service at Madhuban is what separates this property from others I have stayed at in India. The staff and owner go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible. I really appreciated getting help in booking a train ticket to my next destination, and also got a packed lunch as I had an early departure. I was even invited in to the breakfast room for coffee and a simple breakfast before opening hours. Rooms cleaned every day, and new towels provided. AC working welll, and there was plenty of hot water to fill the bathtub.The laundry service was also impeccable. Never have my clothes been returned so wrinkle free and neatly folded.

I would to really recommend this place as something out of the ordinary. The hotel's grandfather built this place and it was a family home until they turned it into a hotel a few decades ago. Rooms are well represented by the photos and it is really a pleasure to slip out to the pool mornings or evenings.

The house is beautiful, the garden is lovely and the pool is great to relax! The staff is very friendly and always helpful in suggesting sightseeing ideas and helping out with finding transportation. I asked the manager to send a parcel for me and he did it straight away. The food at the restaurant was yummy. The room was big, comfortable and had all amenities we needed.

The hotel does look like a heritage home with antique furniture all around. It is a piece of tranquility and coziness in the middle of Jaipur, where you can relax from the traffic noise and dust.

We had a fantastic stay at the Madhuban Hotel. Our room was very clean, and the entire property had a safe and welcoming atmosphere. The pool was refreshing—perfect for a relaxing dip. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. We would definitely stay here again.

Its really a heritage home so it was a great experience. Good staffs. Nice breakfast. They also helped me to receive my parcel when we were not there.
