The haveli is a veritable oasis in the craziness of old Jaipur. It's a lovely old character building, with lots of authentic charm, and the roof terrace has wonderful views of the fort, while the kite flying at sunset was a joyful spectacle not to be missed. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and plentiful, taken in the lovely dining room - sadly, it was too chilly to eat on the rooftop. Our room was perfectly clean, with enough space for two nights, and our request for a heater (it really was chilly!) was met very promptly. OK, as others have said, the mattress maybe wasn't like ours at home, but when is it ever? Our driver, Viru, was a delight and he looked after us with ticket office issues as well as taking us to a superb lunch stop in Amer. However, his kite flying could be improved! The other staff members were courteous and welcoming, and we enjoyed chatting to the lady owner about the history of the property. Don't be put off by the crowds in the nearby bazaar - it was fun and perfectly safe to browse the shops and the locals were great. All in all we had a really enjoyable stay at Khatu Haveli and would definitely recommend it.

This haveli is a calm and quiet oasis that’s absolutely stunning. You’re a short walk away from the busy Chandpole Bazar but the haveli grounds themselves are somehow so peaceful and we slept well. Our room was clean, comfy and stylish. The shower pressure was honestly the best we found in our 15-day india trip. They also have an gorgeous rooftop terrace area with tables and chairs so you can relax there and enjoy the views of the city. Manish and the restaurant staff were very helpful and checked we always had everything we needed, including assisting us with luggage storage and drop off. Their restaurant is stunning, we had breakfast and dinner there. We also booked a driver through them for a day of sightseeing forts - our driver Veeru was fantastic!

Great location, great view of Fort from rooftop. Owner and staff very friendly, helpful, and welcoming and helped to arrange many things. Food was delicious. Would thoroughly recommend.

Visited Jaipur and suddenly reached Khatu Haveli which is like an oasis. The place is warm and a little world of itself with amazing staff like Manish who is front of the house and Virendar who is a staff takes a wonderful care of the place. The place has a fantabulous scene of the fort and picturesque panoramic views. The breakfast they serve is so warm and makes you feel home. The Haveli is in a good proximity to the city center.

Attentive staff, tasty home cooked meals, good breakfast, great location, beautiful heritage rooms with modern facilities. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax after an exhausting day exploring the sights. The hotel owner always has time for an interesting chat with the guests. The hotel manager provides guests with every service they may require. All staff members are friendly and helpful.
