Quality and variety of food for Breakfast is outstanding.Staff is helpful and smilingly extending service to all. On the whole,excellent experience. Chinese food did not meet our expectations which needs improvement.

Best hotel during our stay in India by far, buffet was really good. Big room and nice bathroom. We had a nice stay at Hilton Jaipur. Really nice staff, specially Sandeep Poonia who helped us to include the dinner buffet in our stay because we had some issues to do that from the web site.

The rooms are comfortable in size and very clean. Exceptionally good buffet breakfast, and the a la carte food is delicious too. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The reception needs a little redo, else it was the best property of all 5 stars we stayed in Jaipur , breakfast was really good, steam and sauna were included in package, swimpool was good.

Location was really good as it was in the city centre with a good view of the city from my room, The check in was awesome, The staff was so courteous and helpful too. Food was excellent and yum, Room was good and the amenities were good too. Everybody just made my stay more comfortable and pleasant too A special mention to a few people who just made my trip to Jaipur memorable Jaiveer from the front desk. Shahnawaz from Aurum who was super sweet and always made my dinner experience really good by suggesting me what to eat and just making my dinner experience more nice The in house chef Rajesh Singh who was so humble and down to earth, took care of my food needs and my demands too. Thank you so much for the hash browns on my last day. They were really done as per my taste. Loved the aloo ka paratha too as it had the perfect spiciness and the right amount of aloo into it. A special thank you to Rahul and few other people whose name I don’t remember The entire staff at aurum who were super super sweet and just served me with a smile and always helpful in suggesting me what to try. Thank you so much for the upgrade too which was done immediately without any hassle
