clean & spacious room. its located in a very quiet neighbourhood buy yet it's only a couple of hundreds of meters from the city centre. nice breakfast. felt very comfortable. thanx to the staffs for their kindness.

Yal's Town Inn is well located, within walking distance from the Railway station, the Clock Tower, the Dutch Fort, and even the Nallur Kandaswami Temple. But that's the only plus point, as the hotel is situated at the end of a narrow alley, which gets inundated with water after just an hour of heavy rain! While the rooms are comfortable, the housekeeping is pathetic 😞. If one wants to stay for just one or two nights, it's OK, but for a longer stay, one has to make do with the same linen and towels. The staff is cheerful and helpful, but not very knowledgeable about the activities or going-ons around the town.

I had a deluxe double room. The staff were amazing, especially Raymond on reception, he helped me with local information and renting a scooter. Was very caring. I arrived at 4am and no problem to check in then. I left at 8pm and late check out not a problem. Although dated the room was very comfortable with a window that opened, plenty of space and cupboards. A simple western or Sri Lankan Breakfast included. Location was excellent, close to market, centre of Jaffna and bus station. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was comfortable, safe and excellent value for money
