The room was spotless and modern. Good range of bathroom products. Towels clean and fluffy. Aircon super efficient! The food is great. The staff are helpful.

The location is really good, particularly if you are using the train station. It's only about 10 mins by Tuk Tuk to any of the attractions. The room was clean but our A/C was faulty and wouldn't switch off. They let us switch rooms, which helped. We could not fault the staff, they were very helpful. The breakfast was really good, with huge variety, as well as fresh cooked omelettes and sweet fresh dosas.

Good service, friendly staff and good facilities. Recommended to any one traveling to Jaffna. Near to railway and other transportation requirements too. You can pay at the property on decent FX rate on LKR or can even do a bank transfer. no need to hold a credit card all the time for payments.

Close to the station and only a short walk in to town, is well located. They put on a good breakfast buffet that has many vegan options.
