The location was a little distant from the main city but the staff, the fairly clean facilities, and the amazing customer service from the brothers working there made everything great. I also liked how there was hot water and when the hot water stopped, the brother there came and fixed it for us immediately.

The staff are friendly, it's in a very quiet location, and there is a beautiful sociable cat living there who just had kittens 2 days before I arrived.

We were traveling as a group to jaffna.Since the check in everything is perfect in Ratnam Hotel.Room was clean & had enough space for our 8 pax group.Location was very calm & peaceful.Most important thing is the boy who was in reception,he was super helpful & very kind guy.He helped us a lot to make our trip successful.We'll definitely comeback to this nice place again.

Hotel room and bathroom were really clean and a great size too. Clean towels and water bottles were provided in the room. Cute garden with fairy lights in the night creates a really nice atmosphere! Host was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again when coming back to Jaffna.

The staff was great! They were friendly and always ready to accomodate our requests to the best of their abilities. They provided a great authentic Jaffna breakfast. It was yummy and the staff catered for our dietary needs.
