Nice surroundings with a very nice garden! The hotel itself is charming and we had one of the heritage rooms. The others are in the garden and looked nice from outside. The staff was helpful and sweet. Would stay again if coming to Jaffna!

Review for Fox Jaffna Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fox Jaffna, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality of the staff made me feel right at home. The property itself is beautifully designed, blending traditional Jaffna heritage with modern luxury. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the serene ambiance of the hotel, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The food was another highlight of my stay. The authentic Jaffna cuisine served at the restaurant was bursting with flavor and prepared with great care. Every meal felt like a culinary journey into the heart of the region. The hotel also has a lovely garden area and art collection, which added to the charm.

The facilities were comfortable and the pool was wonderful. The front desk and kitchen accommodated all our requests including figuring out how to book us in for an extra night which was our oversight. Special mention to Shane, Sanjeevan and Scotty Milroy.

This place is literally an island of peace and refinement. Staff at the reception is polite and efficient. The layout, garden, and pool are elegant. Rooms are big and with all amenities you might expect from a 5 star hotel. The restaurant deserves a special mention for the quality of the food and the attentive and kind service. A very well managed hotel, and one we would return to without hesitations.
