Clean, spacious. Modern. Cleaning supplies provided. Lift access to 1st floor. Plenty of kitchen supplies should you want to cook. WiFi was ok, password on table leaflet. Staff rang us in advance to advise us heating was not working, they offered alternative location in Bruge or heater in room, we opted for heater which was plugged in before we arrived and nice and toasty. Aldi less than 5 min drive for basics.

It was a good stop gap for us, good set up, managed to access Netflix without the need of the internet. Imagine it’s a great location in the summer with the facilities close by.

Very easy to check-in with all the codes to access the property. No need to wait in line to check-in. Beds were comfortable, bathroom/shower was small but enough with a warm shower. The kitchen had all the appliances necessary, they give you a welcome kit with a kitchen sponge, a very small dish soap bottle, dishwasher soap and small kitchen rags. There is a vaccum, broom, big garbage can. My room had 3 bunk beds and one full bed. TV and cable worked fine. The people of the property are very responsive in answering their messages or calling back (if needed). Great staff! I definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

The location was convenient for us as we had a car; however, it might be a bit challenging for those without one. Accessing the property and our room was straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions and easy-to-use entry codes. The heating system worked perfectly, which was a relief given the cold weather during our stay. While we didn’t use the kitchen, it was well-equipped. That said, we were hoping for a small touch like a couple of tea bags or coffee sachets to be provided.

Overnight stop to visit Bruges , located around 15 min drive to Bruges. Apartment very clean , a typical un manned property making beds, code access ect , all of went smoothly and would use again .

The property was absolutely spotless! The facilities in the room and surrounding areas were fantastic. Any dealings we had with staff were dealt with incredibly. We could not fault this place at all. If we are ever back in the area, we would have no hesitation returning! But for longer this time!
