Location close to station, but up hill. Supermarket and station walking distance. Room not large but good enough with a large suitcase. Airport shuttle.

The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the cleaning of the rooms. A bath, fantastic breakfast, train station 5 minutes away with access to Rinku Town outlets and the heart of Osaka.

Highly recommended! Lovely, well-furnished, well-located hotel with a very comfortable room, great hot water and heating. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient. Very reasonably priced as well. Fridge in room. Will very happily stay there again. The free airport shuttle was so valuable.

Their service and attitude is pretty good. Even after 12am, they still let you check in, wait for you, and give you the route to get there from airport! That’s nice.

Very convenient position, a few km away from the airport. Shuttle bus service provided. Nice room with a fair amount of space. Very friendly and kind staff!

Simple hotel close to KIX airport. We chose to come by taxi (30 Euro) but the train is a cheap and fast alternative. Nice, typical Japanese room with two comfy beds. Bath is a bit small, but do-able. There is an izakaya connected to the hotel that serves good food and is open until 23.00. The hotel provides a happy hour with free drinks from 1700-2300. Breakfast has a choice between Japanese and Continental. We had the Japanese and it was more than enough. Staff was pleasant and spoke good English.

Free shuttle bus to airport in early morning is very good. Nice staffs and helpful.
