We stayed in the chocoball themed room as it was the cheapest room when we went to book and when we arrived we were gifted a goodie bag containing a whole heap of chocoballs which was an awesome surprise. Staff are super helpful and friendly. All round great hotel.

The dinosaurs gave us a chuckle as we came in, they even bow at the end of your interaction with them! Our room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel was easy to find, only a couple of minutes walk away from the train station. Staff seemed to be friendly and approachable

Easy access from the airport (1 train stop + 10min walk) with late checkin. The robot dinosaurs are a great gimmick and put us in great spirits after the 9hr flight. Room was comfortable and projector was a good distraction for my son. There was a good range of Japanese options for breakfast.

Stayed only for one night. The check-in was intuitive and room was well cleaned before we arrived. Unfortunately didnt have time to try out the spa, if I am leaving from KIX next visit I definitely will though!

It was the perfect location for a quick stop over after arriving at the airport. Staff were quick to assist if the dinosaur robots couldn't complete the check-in.

The hotel is close to Kansai Airport, it's a short walk from the train station. The robot check-in was fantastic and efficient. Nice view of the ocean, breakfast was great and so is the Onsen. It's excellent value for the money. The restaurant staff were great, and the food was excellent.
