The location is near Rinku Outlet, the train station is about 1km away, there are a lot of convenience stores nearby (7/eleven, family mart, lawson) and a ramen shop nearby. Breakfast was excellent and goof value for money. The thoughtful details such as the shoe slip, air freshener/deodorizer spray in the closet. The location is near Kansai Airport. We booked a van to Kansai airport and it was just 12mins away.

The hotel is incredibly close to the airport, which is so convenient for travelers. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, and the breakfast was both delicious and featured a fantastic variety of choices. The rooms are very spacious, with comfortable beds and amazing pillows that I absolutely loved. I had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this place.

Perfect place to stay near the airport. Clean, friendly & helpful staff and assist us to check-in. The room is perfect with two Queen size bed. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Bottled waters are provided. You will have everything you need in this hotel. Best valued hotel I ever stayed. Walking distance to Rinku Premium Outlet.

The hotel was generally very nice. One of the staff members upon earlier check in allowed me a parking spot to come and go whenever for 500 JPY which was actually very kind of him! The breakfast was quite a nice first experience in Japan! Very close to the airport and a nice starting point before driving after the long flight.

A good place to stay if you have an early flight from Kansai airport. Convenience store and even a stony beach nearby. About 20-25 minutes walk to the underground station.
