“Exception stay in historic Shuzenji”

My stay in Shuzenji at Hostel Knot was really exceptional, very friendly and relaxing. I stayed by myself in the twin room and it felt very comfortable, I am sure it would be comfortable for two people as well, but a real treat for a solo if you would like a little bit of extra space.

The location is near to many Japanese cuisines! And the bus stop is only 5 mins walk so you can take the bus to any place you want to visit! And Janie is so welcoming ✨️ thank you for this great hospitality!

Everything was perfect: the convenient location, the cozy room, super comfortable duvet, friendly staff…… they even put a hair curler in your capsule 🥹 ! Definitely recommend and will come back if I come to Shuzenji again !

Friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful property with super comfy dorms! I slept so well and I loved how peaceful it was. It was such a lovely break from the cities in Japan, hiking nearby was really fantastic and I liked the onsens too.
