It is very clean and you can tell that they make a good effort to keep place clean and organised. The view from the balcony was also a highlight

Very clean and well kept. The 4th floor room was not very big, but quite comfortable due to the big balcony and spacious bathroom. All worked fine. The breakfast - typical for Turkish hotels: eggs, vegetables, bread, olives, tea and coffee - good enough. The location is rather specific. I cannot say how convenient is to get to the city center or touristic sites, since our destination was Balcova termal springs, which is 15 minutes by car from there. We travelled by car and were choosing between hotels with parking available. This hotel has their own underground parking, as well as they can hold a clot for your car in the street. The balcony view is fascinating - see the picture attached. The neighborhood is rather live with many cafes and groceries around,

I liked staff, although they don't spek much English, but were ready to help. The room was big enough for the family of 4 people. In general it was good, but not at the best price.
