Location is a huge plus, great view and quiet street with easy parking. Hygenics was however disappointing, the accommodation felt like a museum which isn’t necessarily bad, it was even cosy, but it just wasn’t clean. Sealants in bathroom were black, we had to clean all dishes in the kitchen before using them because they were dirty. There were not even proper glasses or cups for tea/coffee for enough people. Sponges and brush for the dishes were looking like they had been used for years, and there was no towel to dry the dishes. How difficult is it to give to people a new and clean €0.10 sponge to do their dishes? Also one of the beds was missing some feet.

Amazing place for a stay in Izmir! Apartment is located in a very quiet area with a stunning view on the whole city. Despite its location on the hill with narrow streets, it is easy to reach by car and to park there. If you are travelling without a car, please consider some efforts to climb to the area ;) Our room was perfect for 3 people and had everything you may need for a leisure stay: equipped kitchen with fridge and cooking pannel, clean bathroom with hot water, stable internet connection, etc. Main gem is a stunning view on the Izmir bay and seaside promenade. Manager is very polite and welcoming, we are very grateful for easy check-in and all the instructions. Thank you a lot and we hope to visit you again!

The apartment was very nice. The owner was very helpful and very kind also. Upon departure of the hotel, she messaged us and told all the details regarding hotel. The documents also had all the details regarding places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, all activities that can be done in izmir. Basically evrything that we need to know. For me as a foreigners, it really helped us. Thank you the owner, we wish we can stay more than one day

We loved the view of the appartement. It overlooks the bay of Izmir. The appartement overall was very clean. Little bit on the older side but we absolutely loved that. The rooms were big and had airconditioning which we really needed and it worked perfectly. There was a large fridge and the beds were comfortable! We really enjoyed our time here and the person managing the property was super kind and let us stay a bit longer because we had to leave for a wedding in the early evening. They spoke English which was super nice because almost no one in Izmir spoke any English. We had a lovely stay and if we ever visit Izmir again, we will return!
