Fantastic staff! Very friendly, very helpful. For example they arranged for a packed breakfast as we were leaving very early on the day of departure. Room was very comfortable, warm, private and with a lovely outlook. The restaurant served excellent meals at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable bed, adequate heating system and sauna. Just feel like home. Surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery.

This place is amazing. The room is well heated and even the toilet has a heater in it. We felt so comfortable even though it was negative 20 Celsius out there. The place is very convenient and settles all the activities for us - most activities online does fetch from Arctic river resort. We could see the northern lights right outside our place when the cloud conditions were good. Food at the restaurant was great- we ate our dinner there for two nights (out of three). The breakfast was really good too. Also, the wifi is top speed, the fastest we have gotten in all our accoms during this trip.

The resort is low key and not as touristy as some of the other accommodation options we were looking at. Location was excellent in winter. 20 minutes walk to town and far enough to see northern lights right on the river. Breakfast is excellent! Lots of good choices and good coffee. Restaurant has great options in the evenings and not expensive either! Room was warm with the heater on. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. There as a small bar fridge in the room. Room was very clean when we arrived.

Arctic River resort is much similar to camping in the Finnish wilderness. The cabins are small and cosy, suitable for only a night or two stay. The staff are what make this place truly special - attentive, thoughtful and caring. The food is also exceptional but expensive.

Super pretty and comfortable "rooms" that are actually more like small cabins. Comfortable beds, incredible nature just out the front door. Loved everything about it. Came to see the northern lights and was not disappointed.
