Very close to the train station and helpful staff. Excellent ocean view. The window is double pane and we could open it.

I promise one of the best properties I have ever been. The location is excellent. Very close to ito station and in front of beautiful beach. I really recommend to reserve room with ocean view, the morning was stunning! The receptionist was very very helpful and friendly. She speaks in English so it wasn’t a problem to communicate. There were free ryokans and also onsenas in the building so our stay was really nice. Rooms are very spacious and comfy. Lady in reception offered us to keep our belonging despite our stay ended, so we could spend our day without heavy backpacks. Definitely recommend, hope we will have opportunity to visit that beautiful city again.

View was superb. Trouble with booking.com which kept requiring upgrades to get the features if already selected. No 24/7 service on this app (as advertised!???) to sort issue. Loved the friendly staff

The location is great, right near the train station if using public transportation. Also, nice to be close to the beach. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main downtown of Ito. The onsens are well kept and relaxing!

The room was huge and we had a beautiful view of the city and nearby mountains. Everything was very clean and the staff friendly. We used the outside hot bath on the rooftop, it was a relaxing experience.
