ISANA is beautifully located with ocean views directly from your private balcony onsen (as well as the larger onsen that you can book for free). All meals were truly exceptional, I cannot recommend the food enough.

One of the best breakfast I ever had in Japan. Dinner was Michelin worthy. Warm service. Nice little peaceful hotel. I would love to go back to the hotel. Too bad we didn't have much time to chat with the chef as we were so tired from a day trip. Private onsen can be booked easily and included in the room price. Location is perfect for us as we drive. We would love to know more about the chef and his inspiration in creating this nice meal.

Very clean and spacious. Our room had a private Onsen looking out to the ocean so was really amazing. The employees are also very helpful and really nice. Delicious food as well.

We booked one night accommodation + dinner and breakfast. The hotel offiered pick-up service from the nearby train station, which is very helpful because it is very difficult to move around without a car. The room is a cosy Japanese style room, with an outside private spa to use. Be super careful with different kinds of bugs especially you are afriad of them. Scared me so much when a large bug came out of the towel.

The pick-up service is fantastic. That is what tourists need in Ito. Friendly driver and substantial breakfast really surprised me.

The hotel offered free shuttle service travelling between train station and hotel, just need to contact hotel in Booking, otherwise you have to walk min.20 min. from the train station if it's too late (no bus after certain time). Each room has a chance to book the hot spring and I love it. The view is good even there is a line of trees but I don't need to worry if there are other people can see me inside the hotel room.

Staff are very helpful. Even we were a bit late for check in, they were still waiting there for us. Good location, if you want to visit the Jogasaki coast & the bridge.

The free shuttle at the train station was very appreciate, everything was perfect : comfort, beautiful, people was really professional and kind and the localisation was perfect The onsen that can be privatised was also a huge plus as well as the hot bath in the chamber
