Very good location just outside of Ithaca and close to Buttermilk Falls State Park. Nice size rooms and comfortable large beds. Hotel offers a simple continental breakfast for a very fair price however there are some richer options very close. Excellent and free parking and kind and attentive hotel staff. Hotel is also well maintained and has a serene Buddhist vibe.

The staff is so friendly and kind, we had a lovely massage at the spa, and the food at the bistro was delicious.
