The breakfast was overall good and always varied not focusing on one single type of food. There was 3 machines for coffee and juices and there was always filtered coffee ready to drink on breakfast. There staff really striving to keep it up and friendly with customers. Ms Ece presence during breakfast was really positive entertaining some talks with us to see our mood and if our activities were okay and that dialogue was appreciated. Mr. Djokai ( sorry for spelling) whose shift in the night was helping us constantly from the minute we reached the hotel : he gave us indication on finding cell phone data, accompanied us nearby to make it easy, gave us a metro card free of charge! Kept welcoming us during our stay. But also the other staff at reception were great : Mahmut, Hasan, the two other clerks who carried our bags ( sorry for names…), and a great room cleaning staff with that lady on 4 th floor who is absolutely human and smiling ! The location is great. Near the Vicenza hotel in same street a restaurant manager great to visit he was making magician for my 7 y. Old son . He gave us a reserved table for New years festival at 10 pm ! Go and enjoy their food too.

location is good - due to nearby metro station; the room is not noisy, although located in touristic busy area; stuff is polite and responsive (especially guest manager Edge)

We stayed with familiy of 7 person an it was comfortable. My kids liked hotel. Receptionists Emran and Makhmut are were very helpful and supportive. And Abdulla helped with parking my car. We really enjoyed stay in this hotel. For sure I will come back to this hotell inshallah.

The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy, with attention to details that truly create a warm atmosphere. The food deserves special mention – breakfasts are diverse and delicious, with a wide selection of dishes to suit all tastes. The hotel grounds are well-kept and beautiful, perfect for walks and relaxation. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service! We’ll definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Good location with walking distance to a lot of good places to eat. Staff were very helpful and kind. The rooftop pool is small but nice and the bar there is also a nice place to chill. Good size rooms.

The room was very spacious. Nice breakfast, nice staff and location was good. Vilan the housekeeper on the 5th floor was lovely. She kept our room nice clean and tidy.
