The apartment is really nice, with everything you need and it's really clean. The view from the terrace upstair is wonderful and the position is just perfect, really close to Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque ecc. Yusuf is a so great owner, really kind and helpful.

Yusuf is a friendly and responsive host, and I appreciated the flexible check-in and comprehensive instructions. The apartment is on a quiet lane opposite a park where I felt safe, within walking distance to major sites.

Cozy place in a strategic location. 10 minutes walking distance to Blue Mosque & Hagia Sofia. I love the facilities there. Kitchen utensils are complete. Refrigerator, microwave, television & wifi in my room is well functioning. Mr Yusof is very helpful. I will definitely comeback here again.

🇧🇩 The property is located in an excellent location. The main tourist attractions of Istanbul is within a very close proximity and within walking distance. The facilities are wholesome, you can cook your food and serve yourselves. We had a lovely stay.

Great location, within minutes walk to everything. Owner hospitality was above and beyond. Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Large top floor terrace to enjoy with spectacular views over the town. Highly recommend.

The building is located just a 6-7 minute walk from the Blue Mosque. It’s in a quiet area, except during prayer times at 5 AM and 10 PM, which can be a bit disturbing. However, if you have the air conditioning on, you’ll hardly hear anything. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything necessary for a 2-day stay. It was clean, with two beds and a sofa, which was more than enough for our needs. Parking was conveniently located right outside the building, costing around 18-20 euros, but it was worth it given how crowded Istanbul is. Mr. Yusuf wasn’t available during the first few days, but his colleague was very helpful and even provided us with his transport card. The atmosphere was very friendly, with many cats downstairs and complimentary water in the fridge. What more could you ask for?

I really liked how they cleaned the room everyday which was a thing I did not expect. The cleaning was done very well. The facilities were as expected and comfortable enough, especially for the price.

An amazing location - able to walk to various key attractions, various restaurants options, quiet area and close to some corner shops and small supermarket. There is tour operator down below to organise trips if you like to use. The apartment has two bedrooms( one with bed settee and single) , bathroom and small kitchen with electric counter top two ring hob, fridge and microwave and kettle. Tea, coffee, sugar and large cold water was supplied. Air conditioner worked a dream in both bedrooms and it was clean and comfortable. Yusuf kindly organised taxi to and from the airport and was in touch.

Conveniently located within 10 minutes walk of Sultanahmet tram stop and the Blue Mosque etc. The apartment was clean and had everything needed - air-conditioning, good wifi, small kitchen etc. The bathroom was a little rough around the edges - had a flimsy shower base and some strange holes near the ceiling - but it all worked OK. There was a terrace on the top floor good for evening drinks and to look at the view over the surrounding area. Yusuf, the owner/operator was a delight. A charming, helpful man who gave some excellent advice regarding restaurants in the area and the best way to get to the airport by public transport. A very happy stay.
