I had a short vacation and the location of the hotel was perfect for our trip and close to the attractive locations and easy access to transportation , the hotel is cozy and contemporary. The staff was very helpful and welcoming especially Senim, she shared tips for our visit.

It s the third time I’m returning back to this hotel. It is comfortable and the staff is amazing (especially Sinem and Mustafa)! We have now a familiar spot in Istanbul to stay at The Westiest Hotel 🏨. Will come back again!

I stayed at The Westist hotel for one week with an amazing experience! I can’t find the right words to describe how pleased i was with the hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always going out their way to assist. They are very friendly and cheerful, making me feel right at home. My room was spotless and beautifully furnished. As a woman, I felt completely safe in the area, even when I was out late at night. I highly recommend this hotel; you won't regret your stay! I will be visiting again for sure :))

Initially, I booked this hotel to meet my parents and wanted everything to be top notch with a normal combination of price and quality. First of all in the room, it became clear that the photos do not correspond to reality. Before this was a very modern hotel, but now it requires renovation. The location of the hotel is chic, everything is close. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help. It was clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. More then everything the impression was spoiled by insulation, it felt like you were sleeping on the street. Regarding the spa, the prices are too high for what they offer. Free sauna and hammam are only 30 minutes, this is nothing. The girls who did the massage are great, they tried very hard, but this is far from professional services. Regarding the restaurant: I would not recommend breakfast, since in the city they offer more choice for the same money. In the evening we took dinner, it was very tasty, but the prices were too high.

I stayed here for a few nights with my friend! The staff is amazing, it is located near the Galata Tower and Taksim Square! Everything is very modern, clean and affordable! We loved it and we’ll definitely stay here the next time we visit Istanbul!! ❤️

Everything! The staff were fantastic, from the front desk staff, the cleaners and the staff in the spa. We went for 4 nights for my partners birthday. Upon arrival we were upgraded room which was a lovely touch after such long travel! The rooms were super modern & immaculate! Fresh towels & bedding every day and the water and tea in room replenished when used. We were given a discount for the spa facilities and the restaurant next door (which we didn’t manage to get to visit but it smelt lovely) We had some cakes placed in our room as a birthday gesture for my partner which was a really really nice gesture. We visited the spa the night before we left and it was such a lovely touch to our trip! I opted for a full body massage and Turkish bath package and the service was excellent I cannot recommend it enough! Their spa facilities are really lovely, nice intimate settings and calming after the hustle and bustle of Istanbul! The hotel is perfectly situated about 500 yards from İstiklal Street which holds plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops etc. There is a taxi stand at the bottom of the road and beside that there is also a chemist everything you need is a stones throw away. 15 minute walk to Galata tower, and lots of quirky neighbourhood bars in Pera close by! Grand Bazaar is about 10/12 minute uber journey over the water super easy to get to! Will absolutely be staying here again when I return to Istanbul!
