First of all, I would like to express my immense gratitude to the staff for their exceptional attentiveness and positivity. The hotel’s location is fantastic, and it features a top-tier (one might even say luxury) Italian restaurant, a stunning reception area, and a delicious breakfast. As soon as you step outside the hotel, you’ll find countless shops—an amazing spot for shopping. Just across the street, there is a small shopping mall with its own restaurants and a pleasant atmosphere. In short, I am extremely satisfied and give it the highest rating. You won’t be disappointed—only filled with love and positive emotions!

The staff were very friendly. The whole experience was excellent . We felt we are at home.. the breakfast service was great and the bedrooms are spacious and clean. All in all excellent stay.

The location is walking distance to nice shops, breakfast spots, restaurants... The staff especially the ones at the door were amazing always very helpful and smiling. The room we had booked was super spacious & clean but didn't have a window ( i should've read better but just to keep in mind)

Every member of the team—from the reception to the housekeeping staff—was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We were especially impressed by the exceptional kindness and helpfulness of Şuayip, who truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Nestled in the heart of the chic and vibrant Nisantasi district, the hotel offers the perfect base for exploring exquisite restaurants and high-end and regular shopping options. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking enriching experience in Istanbul.
