Exceptional location ( close to everything a tourist is looking for : historical and cultural monuments, museums, shopping, restaurants, public transportation...). Rooms confortable and very clean. Family friendly. Very nice staff with a great Manager Arthur.

The hotel was in excellent location nearby many shops and restaurants! Mette at the reception was very friendly and helpful during all days! Jahan made sure that our room was everyday clean! And Arthur was on call and very welcoming 🙏 Thank you all!! 🙂

We landed after midnight due to cancelled flight but tge guy from the reception contacted us earlier to inquire abt flight and arranged a taxi for us. Arthur, the manager was extrenely kind and helpful. He met us at reception though it was 3 am, offered us free upgrade. The rooms are beautiful and clean, very stylish, with a glass shower room but with curtains for privacy and there is a lovely roof terrace with fantastic Golden Horn, Bosphorus entrance and Prince islands view where we sat and enjoyed view with coffee (tea/coffee making facilities in the room). Last but not least, pleasant breakfadt in Esmer Chef cafe round the corner on Istiklal cadesi served for free.

Very comfortable and warm room, Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again

The location is perfect, just a few steps from Istiklal Street, the rooms are spacious and clean, the AC is working perfectly, especially it was extremely hot there! The staff are really friendly and always helpful. Sure, for my next trip to Istanbul, I will book at Taksim Yazici Residence.
