Family room (1 double bed & 1 super single bed) was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, amenities as expected. MacDonalds just next door - handy when we had heavy rain on 2 of the 4 days we were there.

Felt safe, secure. Check-in staff spoke English. In Dining hall, the supervisors spoke good English.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but slightly small. Only stayed here for one night but will recommend this hotel as it is 50m from Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, Taksim station, and a MacDonalds next door. Very vibey area.

Location was best as my wife loved the shopping which was hardly 50 steps away from the hotel. Breakfast was awesome and the rooms was upgraded for us thanks to the hotel. Highly recommended.
