The fact that everyone from the hotel tried to help us after someone got us mad😂….but it would have been better to be more organized, insted of trying to resolve after. 1. The street is closed for cars from 16:00-10:00 bc of the Municipality and if you come by car, you have to make your program according to these hours( they told us 30 mins before about this aspect but in the end they helped us a lot to find a parking). If you do not have a car-this is the perfect situated hotel( 4 mins from the Grand Bazar by foot). 2. They renovated the breakfast restaurant- WHY? ( the hotel rooms need renovation😭, the breakfast location and the breakfast itself used to be PERFECT). The way you made the place, everyone bumps in to one another so someone has to wait all the time in order for another to pass, CRAZY. Just observe it for 5 mins 3. We had to book one more night because we did not found parking for 3 hours- CRAZY! ( again- they helped as best as they could) 4. The lady from the reception told me that we will talk about the booking next morning and at 20:00 they started calling me to book the room for the next day. Called me 3 times - for the price, to come to the reception, the price was bigger than booking- untill I begun to get nervous and book it throughout booking🥹The next day, the next lady was kind and helped us remain in the same room. I don’t want to give it a bad review because it was one bad one good one bad one good. As a conclusion- we liked the breakfast better as it used to be. This was our favourite hotel in Istanbul because of the breakfast& parking. In the end, it was ok, maybe we will try the new ones.

The location of the hotel is perfect, central, near many of the main attractions. The room is comfortable and clean, daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels. All the staff are wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. Aferim guys! Breakfast is really tasty, plentiful. we also used the sauna and steam bath, which is really in good condition, they served us tea and water, so that we could relax further. Otherwise this hotel is 10/10!! it met all our expectations and I recommend it to everyone!

Great location. Hospitable guest relations and spa staff. Interesting decor and style. Cats in the inner yard as per Constantinople ancient traditions.
