The staff was friendly and hospitable. The location is not glamorous (like many other places in the area), but close to everything in Kadikoy. The bed was okay, the temperature in the room was okay (some people would want it warmer), you had to wait for about 1 minute for the water in the tap to get hot in January, but that's understandable. The free breakfast was a nice addition – very very simple, but totally edible, brought to the room upon request until 10 a.m. The view from our room was to some kind of backyard and emergency exit stairs – rather good than bad. The curtains were not completely black out, but black out enough to get a good night's sleep. There are bins for separate waste collection in the room and outside. The WiFi connection was alright.

The location is excellent, near to all the public transportation, in the heart of Kadekoy, and in front of the Bim and Shok Markets. I want to give special thanks to Ali, the host. He was very helpful, always available to help us, and promptly responded to requests.

Nice location to explore the vibrant Kadiköy neighborhood. Also close to the ferry harbour which offers a reasonable connection to all the other touristy parts of the city. Good air-conditioning, which is important for visiting in the summer.

they are very attentive and kind. they helped me grratly when our driver left our suitcase at the curb, thanks to these people we had it back. their breakfasts are tasty and they bring them to the room. in general they were such a great find for my travel with a child , forever thankful for your kindness and help.

Lovely staff who went out of their way to look after you. Huge delicious breakfast served to your room each day, comfy bed and loads of storage space. Very clean room and daily cleaning, plus lots of little hotel freebie touches. Superb location walking distance from a huge range of great places.

Smooth check in and we were given the first floor room which is convenient since there are only stairs. But the staffs are very friendly and helpful to help us with our luggages during our arrival and check out. They also helped us to book a taxi to go to airport on our return date and we’ve got a good taxi driver that charge us at the rate we have agreed. Location wise is central of Asian part of Istanbul and good start for exploration of the city. Our room was super clean and comfortable that we are certain to come back whenever we return to Istanbul. Definitely recommend this hotel!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
