We had an upgrade to a bigger room which had a lovely balcony & lots of space. There was a fridge & kettle. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot & powerful. Breakfast was amazing with beautiful views & lots of choice. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location is great, a short walk to all the sights.

Incredible breakfast, extremely kind staff (especially Mariem and the whole breakfast team)Also our flight got cancelled we extended our stay for one more night without issue. The rooms are impeccably clean.

The breakfast was excellent, great choice of different food and everything was very tasty. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any question. The location is great, too.

The staff were amazing. Esp Meriem and Berat. Nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful and made us feel very velcome. For breakfast they had a great selection.. Overall a very nice experience. Would definately recommend.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights as I was participating in the Istanbul marathon. The reception, bar and lounge area is beautiful. It has a mirrored roof and nice decor. The room was also very nice. Nice sized bathroom with very hot shower. The beds are very comfortable. We had a balcony which is nice to look out onto the traditional Turkish crazy roads and watch the mayhem. The breakfast on the 7th floor was amazing and had a great fresh selection. The restaurant is beautiful. The sky terrace is amazing. The view is relaxing. The hotel cat is also nice although it's a bit fat 🤣 The highlight of our stay was the hotel staff. The two ladies Mariem and Nadia were very welcoming and friendly. We had a good laugh with them and they made us feel at home. They helped us with taxis, different areas, restaurant/bar recommendations and trips. Nothing was ever too much and they were always smiling and always warm. Thanks for a good stay. We will be back soon

The rooftop restaurant/bar was so relaxing and beautiful. We loved being there on Friday for live music and the sun setting. Really relaxing. The food from the restaurant was amazing and portion size was huge! Definitely wished we stayed a few more nights.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. My bedroom was perfectly comfortable for me. Enjoyed the spa experience. A good area with lots of eating locations nearby. Also enjoyed an evening meal in the hotel on one evening. And loved the hotel cats!

We had an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, providing all the comfort I needed. The hotel amenities, especially the pool and the fitness center, were top-notch. I also appreciated the variety offered at breakfast – everything was fresh and delicious. The location is perfect, with easy access. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all around.
