Facilities and cleanliness are great as usual. Most of the staff is very friendly and good at their job. Especially the spa staff.

rooms were very comfortable and clean, excellent location ,wonderful staff all the receptionists very professional ,friendly, very respectful sorry unfortunately ,I missed the paper got there names but in general all of them were excellent, special thanks for the concierge Ogi he was amazing very helpful and very professional.my stay in Sheraton was fabulous. next trip to Istanbul I will definitely spend some days in this hotel.

How the staff persistently kind and distributing smile and positive energy with an outstanding attitude wich clearly reflects a hard work by the administration to acheive.house keeping was really unique and fast, unlike some other 5 stars hotels in Istanbul. Will be my family's first option on our next visit.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Island Levent Hotel, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is exceptional, with a wonderful staff that made my stay truly memorable. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The location is incredibly convenient, just a minute from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is impeccably clean and boasts great facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, spa, and gym. The management team is excellent, and I especially want to commend Mr. Yekta for his kindness and helpfulness. All the staff, from the restaurant team to the service staff, were incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Sheraton Island Levent Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay😊

The buffet breakfast was really good and a wide range. Meeting different cultures expectations. Food was to a good standard. Staff were interested and helpful.
