This was my second stay . The hotel was full so I paid more than last time but they upgraded me to the 16th floor to a club room . It was only a 2 day business trip so there was no time to go to the gym . From last time I recall both pool and gym were top rate. Sadly I had a twice interrupted sleep by the alarm going off in the bath room .Work men had to come twice in the middle of the night to repair the fault .No staff apologised for this which was very disappointing .In the morning at the front desk the staff told me the breakfast was not included in my price so as a matter of principle after no concern shown I told him as a gesture of good will I would be getting the breakfast for free. Later on the same staff member helped me with my case . Lack of sleep during the night really impacted my work all that day especially as I had a very early start .

I really appreciated how their staff members went below and above to help every time when needed. The room was nice and clean, it had a warm vibe to it. I was quite satisfied with their professionalism

Very good place for business trip, hotel is not in the center but in the center traffic is huge and you lost time in this traffic to go somewhere. Vey good quality of personel, very helpful. Breakfast is good, you have SPA, gym.

The hotel location is very good. At least for my meetings it was ok. They hotel parking is underground, which is better option. Employee was very kind. The room was ok for a hotel. (Still I believe it could be even better).
