The hotel was lovely and clean rooms were comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. Yucel who dealt with our bags was very attentive. The reception staff were very helpful and could not do enough for you. The courtesy shuttle drivers who took you to the main tourist area were very nice. Hotel has good facilities. The Souk resteraunt food was great x Location is ok its slightly out about a 25 min walk to Taxim Square however there is a goid shuttle bus provided by the hotel free of charge. Breakfast was great lots of choices xx

Everything. The hotel is SUPER CLEAN.. the reception is SUPER WELCOMING . The breakfast was yummy. The Executive lounge happy hour was also an addon. There is a shuttle bus to taksim which also is an addon. The price was also very reasonable.
