Mostly the personnel. Especially the receptionist Mr. Ertan Ergun, very polite and willing to help. Bu not only he, but each staff member was very polite and warm in serving you.

The hotel is in a great location, not too far from the Istanbul Fair Center and the city. It’s conveniently close to a Starbucks, a supermarket, and a petrol station. Getting around is easy with taxis, the Metro, or buses readily available. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the bed is big and very comfortable, making for an even more enjoyable stay.

The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms clean with friendly staff. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices for different appetites

Another nice story in Hotel Sheraton. Nice stuff nice place nice room nice view. Food was great , I eat one of the best lasagna in my life. For breakfast, you have everything that you want and much more. Special tanks to Mr. Burhan who did everything possible and impossible to make my stay in this hotel better than ever. I found a new place in Istanbul for my future vacations or business trip. It is Sheraton Ataköy. I’ll be back very very soon!!!

My stay was excellent, hotel is clean, nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Staff is very friendly, mainly Henda and Gamze. It's is a good choice in Atakoy.

Amazing hotel, very good location, my parents enjoyed every bit of it. We had a free upgrade with access to the lounge. Customer service was very helpful and kind throughout the stay, especially Hande.
