I’ve been at this hotel about 9 yrs ago and was amazed , so the fact of going again to Istanbul it was a must visit again and the hotel , staff and Shangri La amazed me again .

The hotel was amazing and the staff as well and I really enjoyed the gym and overall the facilities at the property. Was my first time staying at a Shangri-La Hotel won't be the last time because the quality of service and everything is just the best I have experienced so far.

The view of the Bosphorus was incredible. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. The general manager left a hand written note. The housekeeping was fantastic, they even dropped off fresh flowers and the hamam and massage is a must! I loved this stay!! Very luxurious. There’s a fantastic museum of painting nearby which I recommend.

The door staff, reception staff, restaurant staff. Over all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I did leave a pair of trousers at the laundry. How can i get them back? The view was excellent also. Lovely room. Spa excellent also.

I would like to thanks all staff, especially in check in Emir and check out cinan they were very professional helpful ,plus restaurant all the staff are professional the food are amazing. The Spa is marvellous like a dream. I love Everything in shangri-La🙏🏻
