It was very nice of Elmira at the front desk to upgrade our rooms to sea view.Ismail at the concierge was excellent too.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again soon.

I had an amazing stay at Pera Palace Rixos! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were incredibly kind and attentive, even calling every evening to check on our needs, which made us feel truly valued as guests. Great location, great view, great breakfast, great staff - in particular front desk team and cencierge Urcan, they looked after my 4 nights stay very welll and free upgraded my room to a quiet and spacious one in second buidling, The team always brings my car very timely even there is a busy road in front of hotel. Defintely will come back agian and recommend friends to choose this hotel.

An absolutely fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the breakfast delicious, and the decor stunning—especially the beautiful ceiling in the room. We had golden horn view room and the view was beautiful. Treating my mum and myself to a massage was a highlight, and we both loved it. However, what truly made my birthday special was the incredible staff. There are few people but Lale from guest relations and Farad were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. A big thank you to them for making my birthday memorable. I can’t wait to come back!
