Very nice hotel, the location is perfect very close to Osmanbey metro station, the staff are helpful, gentle and very welcoming especially Ismail in the reception a nice guy and always at your service. Good quality Price ratio compared to nearby hotels !

I had a wonderful experience at this private hotel. The location is perfect, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The level of service was truly impressive.

Amazing location which was close to almost everything. The front fest staff Ismail and Ayhan delivered exceptional service and they were very friendly. They attended to all our requests and assisted us the best way they could. When we asked them to change our room to a bigger one, they did it without any hesitation which made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

The staff are very polite and friendly including cleaning staff, they let us check in early which I very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and the street is safe and close to the osmanbey metro station and Lotus walk. Special thanks to Ayhan and the other two guys at the reception (not sure what their names are). I will stay here again.

We, as a group, liked everything about this hotel: the breakfast, the location, the amenities…Mr. Ismail was very helpful and kind which made him the highlight of our stay.
