Staff is amazing and helpful. Extremely friendly and lovely people. View from the room was as expected. And hotel had terrace. My disappointment however is breakfast and bathroom facilities. All in all was positive experience.

We were pleased with our choice of hotel. The location was excellent, as it was only 5 minutes walk from the Hippodrome and their are plenty of restaurants nearby. We had a top floor room with two small balconies, which offered a view of the street and the sea, as we requested. The room was spacious albeit you were partly in the roof eaves and you have to watch you don't bump you head if you are tall. The staff were excellent, particularly Maryam on reception and the restaurant team of Buse and Engin, all of whom looked after us very well. Breakfast was reasonable but could have a little more variety added as by day five it was a little samey. For what we paid, and given how expensive Istanbul is, we had a great stay.

The breakfast had a varieties of food at the buffet table, coffee both turkish and italian. The staff was very attentive.

This hotel left the warmest impressions! The location is excellent—major attractions are within walking distance, and after long walks, it’s especially nice to return to a cozy room with a comfortable bed and truly relax. From the very first moments, you feel cared for—the receptionist is attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help, creating a great first impression. A special thanks to the kitchen staff, Engin and Buse—their hard work, kindness, and genuine attention to guests make the stay even more pleasant. I would also like to acknowledge the housekeeper Maria for her impeccable work and dedication to cleanliness and comfort. This hotel is a great choice for those who appreciate comfort, a warm atmosphere, and heartfelt hospitality. I will gladly return and highly recommend it!

The hotel is great and located a short walk from all the historical sites. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home from the start. The room we had was very spacious and relatively quiet (there’ll always be some noise given the location).

All in all a fantastic experience because of the FANTASTIC staff. Probably the nicest, friendly, efficient, interested, welcoming staff we have ever encountered. Reception could not do enough for us, suggestions, maps, tips, activities ect etc.. so helpful, and friendly, our room housekeeper big friendly helpful smile, nothing was a bother..... Great grounds guy, - keeping the place immaculate the flowers made it all look so fresh and well, great job. Breakfast was great varied and interesting choice, enhanced by a very able, friendly, cheerful male / female duo ( apologies we lost the names list ) lovely lovely people, so friendly, helpful ,and welcoming. LOVED IT.. and then on top of which , the room, was great and the location was perfect. Recital would be my first choice when visiting or recommending - excellent.. did I mention that the staff are incredible.... Thank you for a great stay.
