The hotel is central to the shops and within walking distance of the Istanbul mall. Easy access to most places. The hotel is clean and the cleaning staff are always happy to help. I enjoyed my 12 day stay. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel itself is a 35 minutes drive from Istanbul airport. Hotel rooms is very comfortable and clean The staffs are very nice special thanks to Trem,Musa and Koray from the front desk Thank you so much for making our stay a memorable one We will definitely come back

The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The location is conveniently close to the Mall of Istanbul, and the breakfast offered was generous and satisfying.

It was the first time for me to stay in the area, but the receptionist was very informative and helpful when I asked for directions. Room was very comfortable, and the quality of food was also very good. I forgot my favourite sneakers in my room when I checked out, but the staff did everything to help me to recover the shoes, and kindly sent them to another location in Istanbul by Uber!! I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism!
