After reading the reviews, we were a little apprehensive as most reviews talked about how the hotel is booked by hair transplant and cosmetic clinics. We were not disappointed as there was no advertising of these clinics except a small screen in the lift. We saw only 1 person who had a hair transplant. The hotel was clean, and the location was near restaurants as well as the square. The room was large enough and had all the amenities, including a clean modern bathroom The breakfast was si.ple snd adequate in a large dining area. It was very safe with a large police presence due to NYE. Zaylak Khalil was very helpful. He helped with our luggage and sorted our taxi back to the airport. We would definitely stay again

The receptionist greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was very nice, there was a lot of variety. The rooms were maintained and clean. A hotel right in the cenfre of Istanbul

The hotel was a great place to stay. It was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent close to everything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay!

Breakfast had good variety but as I was there for 7 nights it became a bit of same thing every day. Location was the best part as very close to Taksim and other places. Facilities are ok and staff is helpful to the best of their ability.

The location of the hotel is good. However the service is very poor. The room service is very very lazy. The rooms are small. They forget to refill the accessories everyday.
