Staff were friendly and helpful. Swift check-in. They were also happy to accommodate additional needs, arranging taxi, and providing directions. They also helped me order a food delivery. The bed was very comfy, so I had a good sleep. Room facilities were modern and worked well. The room was cleaned the next day of my stay. The location is great walking distance to istikal St, galata tower, and great modern shopping areas. Easy joining location for excursions, etc, and metro or ferry rides.

Excceptional location, close to Istiqlal street and Galata tower, and all of the life and work spot, close to chamber of commerce too, exceptional rooms reminding me of a sofitel, hotel tend closer to a 5 star than a 4 star.
