I came back to this hotel for the last two days of my stay in Istanbul. Talha and Fatma gave me a royal welcome, they rolled out the red carpet for a returning customer. I was also very impressed with the positive, can-do attitude of Samet at the reception. This hotel has an excellent team of very friendly professionals who represent the best of Turkish hospitality.

I just had a fantastic experience at the Ramada Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff fatma and the others blew me away with their incredible service. They even let me check in late , which was such a pleasant surprise! The room attendants were phenomenal, making my stay even more enjoyable. This hotel is truly a gem in the area, boasting amazing amenities and convenient transportation infront of the hotel the tram stop options. I can't thank them enough for the unforgettable experience! If you're looking for a top-notch hotel, I wholeheartedly recommend the Ramada Hotel!

Our experience at Ramada Hotel in Istanbul was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and professionalism. A special thanks to Abdullah, who went above and beyond by upgrading us to a luxurious suite—such a wonderful surprise that made our stay even more memorable! The suite was spacious, elegantly designed, and had breathtaking city views. Every detail, from the comfortable bed to the modern amenities, was perfect. The hotel itself was spotless, with excellent facilities, a fantastic breakfast selection, and a welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the exceptional service. We were running late for check-out, but the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodated us with extra time, ensuring a smooth and stress-free departure.

We had a very nice stay at Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City! The location is fantastic—right next to the tram, making it super easy to reach all the prime spots in Istanbul with a short transit. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. In fact, both the stay and breakfast were comparable, if not better, than another five-star hotel we stayed at in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The cleaning staff was especially kind and made us feel warm and cozy throughout our stay. Another great highlight was the pricing—compared to other hotels, it was unmatched in terms of value for money.

Excellent location. Tram T1 stops right in front of the hotel and will take you to 90% of the most important sights. Great dining and shopping options around the hotel. I found the hotel's staff exceptional, they are all hard working professionals with a great attitude. Special thanks to receptionists Talha and Suat, their advice about transportation saved me time and money on numerous occasions and when I had a problem with the internet router in my room, Talha found a way to fix it even outside office hours. The receptionist lady, whose name I forgot unfortunately, was also very kind and helpful and the cleaner of my room also deserves praise. I had an excellent time at this hotel and have have no hesitation in recommending it.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Exchange offices with very good rates are just 5 minutes away. My room was big, clean, and quiet with good soundproofing, with a kitchen, two TVs, and a nice view of Fatih Mosque. Air conditioning worked well. Big bathroom with many free items. Special thanks to Suat and Talha for their friendly and helpful service.
